The Italian Vogue gives a slightly insight into the working life of Kris Van Assche as a Creative Director for Dior Homme. This job is probably one of the hardest in the fashion industry and requires more than just passion about clothing.

The scene when Van Assche cheers the models up reminds me of a moment directly before some gladiator fight that took place 1500 years ago.
